Joy moved to BIG ORANGE COUNTRY from BIG BLUE COUNTRY in May of 1991.
She joined the Health & Life Insurance industry in 2008 after a career in Custom Closet design that began in 1989 in Lexington, KY, where she is originally from.
With the fall of the housing market hitting East Tennessee in 2007, Joy knew she would have to find another form of income so she decided to get her insurance license. After trying a few companies that sold Life & Supplemental, she found her niche to be in Medicare when hired as a Career Agent with HUMANA. Discovering that she had a passion for the Senior Market, helping her clients find answers and always striving for service and beyond, has lead her here today. She will work with the individuals or businesses to help her clients make the most informed decision regarding their Health & Retirement choices.

Joy brings over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales & Project Management. Joy is licensed in Health & Life in Tennessee, Virginia and Kentucky. She is also a Registered Agent certified with the Healthcare Marketplace for Individual Health.
